Our kitchen
Smör is a restaurant in the heart of Palamós where we serve signature dishes using seasonal ingredients and small local producers. Our cuisine represents the balance between the richness of the flavors of homemade dishes and the minimalist delicacy of the Nordic countries.
#Smör means "butter" in Swedish. A corner in the heart of the seaside town of Palamós where Nordic culture meets Empordà culture.

DANIEL CHRISTIAN LINDGREN
Creative and restless minded, Daniel finds his refuge in the kitchen. At a young age he discovered that through his dishes he was able to change people's moods and since then he has been on a continuous search; after cooking in different countries he now reinterprets the cuisine of his roots with the methods and influences that accompany it. Here, from his own corner in Palamós.
NATALIA VERGOÑÓS
He grew up among plates and nets, in a family of restaurateurs and fishermen from Palamos. Now she returns home to welcome us with close and familiar hospitality, like the old days.
